Over the next few years we will be creating a trilogy of shows inspired by Celtic Britain at the time of the Roman invasion.
To kick off the project we’re running a workshop on Portland as part of b-side Festival on the 10th September.
TRIBE will explore female power, connection to nature, what we might have lost as well as gained with Roman ‘civilisation’. This project will bring together a professional cast with Portland residents to create a new TRIBE – join Teatro Vivo at the very start of this process, for a walk and gentle improvisation workshop exploring the site of Portland’s Iron Age Hillfort, and what a TRIBE on Portland might look like today.
No experience needed. No commitment required, just bring a sense of play and dress for the weather!
