In October 2026 Teatro Vivo are finally bringing their Downham show to life.
We spent the last year and a half working with schools, local community groups and talking to people on the streets to come up with ideas around the Downham Wall and how to turn it into a show.
We’ll be performing it around the streets of Downham on Friday 2nd (5pm) and Saturday 3rd October (11:30am) 2026.

There will be community rehearsals on: 14th, 21st and 28th September from 19:00 to 21:00 at St Luke’s Downham, Northover, London BR1 5JR

The knights of Downham need your help. A divisive wall is being built and the community are coming together to resist. Will you join their quest to bring everyone together?
The show is free and starts on the grass outside the library.
It takes place around the streets of Downham, so be ready for a walk (and to find magic everywhere).
